CNR-ITM took part in CISAP12&FEx2026, the 12th Conference on Safety & Environment in Process & Power Industry and Fire Explosion, organised by AIDIC (Associazione Italiana di Ingegneria Chimica) and endorsed by the European Federation of Chemical Engineering (EFCE). The conference was held in Turin, Italy, from 14 to 17 June 2026.
The event brought together academics, industry representatives and institutions to discuss risk assessment, safety management and environmental protection in the process and power industries. For MEloDIZER, whose approach to membrane fabrication is built around replacing hazardous solvents with safer, more sustainable alternatives, the conference offered a relevant forum to engage with the broader process-safety community.
