MEloDIZER reached a global audience this month, as project partner AquaBioTech presented the project at World Aquaculture 2026, one of the largest aquaculture conferences and exhibitions worldwide, held in Singapore.
At their exhibition booth, AquaBioTech introduced MEloDIZER’s membrane distillation technology to conference visitors and industry professionals from across the globe, highlighting the project’s potential for nutrient recovery and water reuse in aquaculture wastewater streams, one of the key applications targeted by MEloDIZER’s Demo #2.
The event offered a valuable opportunity to connect with international stakeholders in the aquaculture sector and to raise awareness of how sustainable membrane distillation can support resource recovery and reduced environmental impact in the industry.
